Kevin Kieler, President of Permit Solutions, has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. As a licensed Massachusetts contractor and owner of K & M Construction from 1987 to 1996, Mr. Kieler developed and permitted several multi-home residential developments throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

As Executive Vice President for Brady-Built for 16 years, he was responsible for project management on hundreds of projects ranging from Bangor, Maine to Westport, Connecticut. Mr. Kieler has worked with town zoning and conservation offices in 147 different towns throughout New England.

His projects have ranged from permitting million-dollar restaurants to small backyard sunroom additions. Considered to be one of the leading authorities on the Wetlands Protection Act, he has never taken on a conservation filing for which he was unable to obtain the proper permitting.
